Designed for Malmö municipality's affordable housing concept Mallbo, this block features 110 apartments of varous sizes, from small studios to rowhouses in two storeys and apartments with the possibility for a shop in the ground floor. A large lunch restaurant provides affordable meals and functions as a co-working space where you can easily work from home. Galleries, roof terraces and a circular structure in the centre of the courtyard provides activities, gardening and meeting places. Facades are designed in wood with subtle variations and a welcoming ground floor provides life and activity in its direct surroundings.
