Health and social life has been in focus designing Kv. Häcklöparen. Inspired by swimming pool aesthetics with tiles and a subtle waveform, this block flirts with the large public swimming pool across the square of Folkungavallen. One single staircase connects all apartments and the block features several common spaces, a conscious strategy to enhance the social life of its inhabitants. The highest point of the block is a shared penthouse with kitchen, dining area, outdoor gym and a sauna, all with a spectacular view over the area.
